The Church Conference Booklet should include the following information/forms:

  1. Minutes of the 2017 Church Conference

  2. Pastor's Report

  3. 2019 SPRC Report to DS

  4. 2019 Church Clergy Compensation Report (do not include pastor's social security number)

  5. Housing Allowance/Exclusion

  6. Lay Servant/Speaker Annual Reports

  7. Parsonage Inspection

  8. GCFA Annual Report on the Committee on Finance

  9. Annual Report of the Trustees

  10. Extension Ministry Report (if applicable)

  11. Nominations/Leadership Report; PLEASE complete this form in addition to any church-specific lists that you include in the Church Conference Booklet.
