New Administrative Assistant

As you may know, Rebecca Richards Guzman left the Central Massachusetts District Office a few weeks ago. Taking into consideration that the New England Conference is in the process of redistricting in the coming year, we have hired Wanda Winnicki to serve as a temporary administrative assistant for CMA.  Wanda comes with vast experience as she was the interim administrative assistant for Metro Boston Hope District for 18 months and served the New England Conference as a temp in various departments for five years prior to her work with MBH.

Wanda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology System Analysis & Design, graduating  from Granite State College in 2005.  She attended Boston University School of Theology for two semesters.

Wanda is a registered yoga teacher and has a passion for her “God in Yoga” ministry which she teaches at St. John’s UMC  in Dover NH.  “God in Yoga”  is yoga with a Christian focus.  It incorporates scripture, prayer, music and/or Christian readings into the yoga moves. She has been a member at St. John’s for 19 years, where she also teaches a Bible study and serves as the prayer chain coordinator.

She is a Deaconess Candidate to be consecrated at General Conference in 2020.

Wanda has five adult children, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  Her hobbies are Bible study, quilting, reading and identifying wildflowers.

She will be working at the conference office in Methuen and can be reached at the office email (cma@neumc.org) or by phone at (978) 682-8055 x142.  You can also leave a phone message on the District Office phone (508) 853-1895. Thank you for your patience and grace during this transition time.

I look forward to working with Wanda and hope you will welcome her to our Movers and Shakers District.  Thank you.

Blessings,

Megan
