Greg Carpenter is a church consultant, leadership coach and therapist with thirty years of experience leading churches and organizations through the transformation process. His use of systems thinking, solution focused & heart-centered approaches centers on helping leaders experience personal empowerment and transformation. |

Margaret Keyser is a mediator and conflict transformation practitioner, offering facilitation and training to churches and institutions. She is a trained pastor and theologian from South Africa, where she helped communities on a local level to embrace the Truth and Reconciliation process. |

P Stewart Lanier is a clergy member of the NEUMC. The focus of his work is on non-profit executive and organizational transitions in small grassroots and social-change organizations. His passion is for making the connection between faith and grassroots community-based social justice work, as well as diversity training for individuals and organizations. |

Barbara Lemmel coaches clergy and laity in leadership skills, understanding their church system, visioning and spiritual growth. She helps leaders recognize anxiety’s effects and ways to reduce it in their congregations. Barbara is the coordinator of the Parish Consulting Network. |

Susan MacKenzie is a spiritual director, retreat leader, and educator. She works with individuals and groups to be more intentional in their prayer practices and spiritual disciplines. A master naturalist, Susan leads indoor and outdoor retreats, and facilitates Retreat Leadership Training for the conference. |

Bonnie I. Marden facilitates and teaches groups to confront conflict and discover constructive energy for growth, discipleship and healing. Her training encompasses mediation, intervention, dialogue and stewardship skills, which she loves teaching in experiential and interactive settings. |

Betsy Waters is a facilitator, coach and worship leader, assisting churches and their leaders to become more vital, relevant, innovative ministries. Trained in educational psychology, teaching, organizational development, and parish ministry, she empowers local congregations to grow in faithfulness, effectiveness and discipleship. |
